Acceptable Use
You agree to use Beer Vault only for its intended purpose — tracking beer tastings, managing your collection, and engaging with the enthusiast community. You will not post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. You will not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorisation. You will not use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the service.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in the app, including tasting notes, ratings, and collection entries. By using the app you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. We may use aggregated, anonymised data from user activity to improve our recommendations and community features.
Communications and Marketing
When you create an account or contact us, you agree that we may use the email address you provide to send transactional messages (account notifications, security alerts, password resets, support replies) and occasional marketing emails about Beer Vault — new features and offers we think you’ll enjoy. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional messages. We do not sell or share your email address with third-party advertisers.
Intellectual Property
The Beer Vault application, including its design, features, and code, is our intellectual property. Ourbeers database is compiled from various sources and is provided for informational purposes. Beer brand names, labels, and images belong to their respective owners.

Beer pricing, availability, and product information are provided for reference only and may not be current. We do not guarantee the accuracy of beer data, ratings, or recommendations. Beer Vault is not affiliated with any beer producer or retailer unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
Beer Vault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Changes to Terms
